Rosemary Morice

Rosemary is a paralegal at Tierney Lawrence Stiles LLC and has extensive experience as a litigation and corporate paralegal, as well as a  stock plan administrator and contract administrator.

Throughout her career, Rosemary has worked for a government agency, several law firms and various corporations, including numerous Fortune 500®companies, and has developed a diverse range of skills. 

Rosemary has worked on a number of high-profile transactional matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in various industries, ranging from entertainment companies to a public utility. She has also managed equity plans for more than 500 participants and has worked with the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, in addition to senior executives and board members. 

After spending more than 30 years working for publicly traded companies and in the for-profit sector, Rosemary finds nonprofit paralegal work personally rewarding since it affords her an opportunity “to give back” to the community and make a tangible difference.

Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and General Practice Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
