Natalie Negrelli

Natalie is an associate at Tierney Lawrence Stiles LLC, where she advises nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on a broad range of legal matters, including entity formation, tax-exempt status and compliance, corporate governance, federal and state grant compliance, and lobbying, political activity, and advocacy issues.

Natalie earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado, where she was the Executive Editor for the Colorado Environmental Law Journal, and a student attorney in the Immigration Defense Clinic, representing clients in asylum, DACA renewal, and adjustment of status matters.

Prior to law school, Natalie worked in the nonprofit sector as a campaign organizer, leading federal and local climate advocacy campaigns as well as voter engagement campaigns.
